ENTRIES: A total of three (3) entries may be submitted by each artist, All works must be original, by the entering artist, completed since January 2020, and not previously entered into the Photo Show. Entries are limited to depictions in Iowa. Entries can be accepted by artists age 18+. Entries are due to be dropped off at the Clear Lake Arts Center by April 8th, 2025.

LABELING:Please title each entry with your first and last name, title, and price or NFS. Please either submit through email or on the back of artwork.

DELIVERY: All accepted entries can either be sent or hand-delivered to the Clear Lake Arts Center. Transportation of artwork from or to the Clear Lake Arts Center is responsibility to the artist. Shipping will not be at the expense of the Clear Lake Arts Center. Works must have following options: be framed, include screw eyes or D-rings for hanging, mounted on mat board with command strips for use. (provided by the artist) Photos printed on canvas or metal do not have to be framed, but with wiring. Must be delivered to the Clear Lake Arts Center no later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8. Please contact Faith Lawler,
Gallery Manager if you have questions about presentation. All exhibited work can be picked up starting Saturday May 3rd, 2025. Work left after Saturday, June 7th, 2025, will be disposed of at the discretion of the Clear Lake Arts Center.

RECEPTION DATE: The Clear Lake Arts Center will host a reception date to award artists on April 25th, 2025. Artists attendance is strongly encouraged in event of possible award acceptance.

INSURANCE: Extreme care will be exercised in handling entries; the Clear Lake Arts Center cannot assume liability for accidents in handling. The insurance of works during transport will be left to the discretion and responsibility of the individual artists. While in Clear Lake Arts Center possession, works will be insured.

SALES: Work may be priced for sale or NFS (Not For Sale). A 30% commission on sales will be retained by the Clear Lake Arts Center. We require a W9 on file for artists who sell work in our gallery. Must be completed at the time of acceptance.

MONETARY REWARD: Entries will have a chance to win Monetary prizes in First - $100, Second - $75, Third Place - $50 as well as Honorable Mention - $50 elected by public vote in time between drop off date April 8th, 2025 to reception date April 25th, 2025.
